Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right.

Refunds
